Jordan Protests New Israeli Airport near Its Border - Laith al-Junaidin (Anadolu-Turkey) Jordan has protested the opening of a new Israeli airport a few kilometers away from its border, (in Eilat) Jordan's state-run Al-Mamlaka television reported. Amman says the location of the airport violates the kingdom's air sovereignty.
