French Foreign Minister Tried to Arrange Meeting between Netanyahu, Abbas - Barak Ravid (Ha'aretz) French Foreign Minister Fabius tried last week to arrange a meeting in Paris between Prime Minister Netanyahu and Palestinian President Abbas. A senior Israeli official said that Netanyahu agreed to the offer immediately, but Abbas has not responded to the French offer to this day.

I keep seeing the terms “lone wolves” and “unaffiliated” or “unattached to organized opposition” to describe the perpetrators of the terror being inflicted on the population of Israel at this moment. There’s been little mention of the Palestinian leadership incitement to attacks on civilians (including children).  To read how the Palestinian Authority and Fatah; Mahmoud Abbas; the PA Ministry of Education; Hamas; and even the PA Bar Association all support, encourage, and condone the seemingly random stabbing, shooting, and murder of  Israelis (of any age) see these links:

Why isn’t President Obama or Secretary of State Kerry condemning the PA’s president Abbas for inciting the attacks in Israel? On NPR on Friday, Kerry warned Abbas against incitement.  Bias and misinformation seem to be spreading. 
Kerry Links Palestinian Terror to Settlement Expansion - Elliott Abrams (Council on Foreign Relations) Secretary of State Kerry made an unhelpful, mistaken, and ill-informed comment about the current wave of Palestinian violence when he linked it to "a massive increase in settlements over the course of the last years." There has simply not been "a massive increase." There has been a steady growth in settlement population, though the bulk of that growth is in the major blocs that Israel will clearly retain in any final agreement. But any massive increase in the number of settlements or in their physical size is flatly false.    The frequent Palestinian claim that Israel is "gobbling up" the West Bank so that "peace will be impossible" is what Kerry is repeating. It's a false claim and he should know it. Kerry seems to believe that the real culprits, when Palestinians stab Israelis to death, are people who build a new housing unit in a settlement
