The Global Magnitsky Act has changed how foreign governments treat criminals around the world. After the US passed this legislation, similarly named bills have passed in other nations including Canada and the UK. This act is being used to target those involved in the Khashoggi murder.  While Red Notice by Browder came out a few years ago, it's still amazingly relevant. Have you read it?
