Hostage Update: 13 remain 
The United States must increase the pressure on Hamas and its sponsors in Qatar, Turkey and Iran to fully comply with the agreement and release all the hostages. The agreed Peace Plan requires the full removal of Hamas from any direct or indirect role. Reports now say Gaza’s interim governance deal, brokered by Egypt, still gives Hamas a foothold, not in the top seats, but on the municipal front. 
In a severe violation of the ceasefire, terrorists attacked Israeli forces in an IDF-controlled area of southern Gaza, killing two ( Major Yaniv Kula, 26. Sergeant Itay Yavetz, 21) and wounding three. In response, the IDF launched airstrikes targeting Hamas terror infrastructure throughout the Gaza Strip. Hamas has refused to give back all the hostages, refuses to disarm, and resumed attacks against IDF operations. A convicted Palestinian prisoner, Abdel Nasser Issa, released in exchange for Israeli hostages is scheduled to speak at Panteion University in Athens. In 1995, Issa planned attacks that killed 11 people and wounded more than 100.
