Day 202, Hostages Update: Hamas terrorists release new propaganda video of hostage American Hersh Goldberg-Polin. Hersh is seen in the video missing one of his hands. It was blown off from the elbow down when terrorists lobbed grenades into a shelter where he and others who tried to escape the Nova party were hiding. The video appears to be recent as it references 200 days in captivity. Israeli officials continue to emphasize that achieving the war’s objectives of destroying the threat from Hamas, removing Hamas from power, and freeing the hostages is impossible without taking Rafah.
