Iran’s intent was clearly to cause significant destruction and casualties. The aim was to get as many drones and missiles through Israel’s defenses as possible. Iran’s attack upon Israel was the first directly from Iran, but not the first. Iran has has been attacking Israel and America since its revolution. Iran funds Hamas, Hezbollah, Houthis, and militias in Iraq and Syria.

How can Israel be accused of making a preemptive strike against Hezbollah, when Hezbollah has launched thousands of missiles at Israel and has displaced 100k Israelis. Iran-backed Hezbollah has attacked Israel daily.

Whether or not Israel struck the site adjacent to Iranian diplomatic buildings in Syria, you should have told your readers that those generals killed were integral to the planning of terrorist attacks upon Israel, including the atrocities of 10/7. The US under both Obama and Trump also tried "decapitation" by killing Osama bin Laden and Qasem Soleimani, respectively.

Israel isn’t rejecting US requests to protect Palestinians and Israel isn’t blocking humanitarian aid. I am alarmed that you discuss the hardships in Gaza and  the  tragedy of the WCK volunteers deaths as anything but the fault of Hamas. More aid is going into Gaza now than before the war.  Military experts have noted that no army in history has done more to protect a civilian population in conflict than Israel has in Gaza. Israel has helped facilitate the delivery of over 375,000 tons of humanitarian aid to Gaza. The aid arrives by land and air, carried out by the U.S., France, Belgium, Egypt, UAE, and Jordan. It’s hard to understand how many people refuse to condemn Hamas for starting and continuing all this suffering. There are low standards for Palestinian behavior while all demands are placed on Israel. Iran-funded Hamas is responsible for this war and all the suffering.

Hamas steals and sells the aid. The terrorists have intentionally killed individuals trying to get to the aid. They have killed clan leaders working to distribute aid. Hamas fighters were on the scene on the WCK jeeps. One of Hamas’s goals is to get as many civilians killed as possible.

Friendly fire accidents occur in every war. What is unusual is the vicious and hate-filled reporting to which no other country has been subjected in similar circumstances. Forgotten are our responses in Afghanistan, Iraq, and to 9/11.  For example, in the USA's withdrawal from Afghanistan, we tried to hit ISIS and instead accidently killed Zemari Ahmadi, a worker employed by Nutrition and Education International, a California-based aid organization, an innocent man carrying water jugs home to his family, along with 9 other civilians. To date, there has been no public accountability to President Biden’s National Security team.

And why make no mention of Egypt's actions on the border of Gaza. In most other conflicts, neighboring countries offer temporary shelter to civilians, they don't build giant new walls.
